Supply Chain Management is usually a part of ERP Software. We offer the Supply Chain functionalities (optional) as part of Cantier MES as we found some of our customers still needed some or all of these functions as their legacy ERPs lack functionalities. Sales Order Managements, Purchasing and Inventory are key functions of this module. With these functionalities, manufacturers can manage and control their manufacturing activities from shop floor to top floor as a single integrated solution.
The Sales Order Management will provide your company with the tools necessary to streamline the order to payment process and driving higher levels of customer satisfaction. Order entry, packing list, delivery receipt, invoicing and related report are the key functions of the module.
The Purchasing Management gives your company control over the PR, PO, receiving and inspection processes. PR can be raised from the Factory Planning module during the MRP run.
The Inventory Management records all movements of stock, from receipt, inspection, transfers and issuance with the barcoding or RFID integration. Inventory management is critical to controlling cost. With MRP & Inventory, the MES allows you to manage Just-In-Time inventory and allows not to under-stock or not to over-stock at any given time.
