This brought a significant transformation to their MES product into Cantier MES 4.0 with Supply Chain, Execution, IIoT, and Intelligence Capabilities. Prabakar is also the Chairman of MESA APAC Board, an International Non-profit organization.

BC Rigg has worked with Cantier since 2010 as VP Marketing, SVP and most recently as a board member. A Motorola Six Sigma Black Belt, BC’s past experience includes close to 40 years in the Electronics & Semiconductor industry with the As managed seven manufacturing factories over the last twenty years in Asia.

Bong is in the Cantier Board since the company founded. He have been part of Business Development activities from the start of Cantier. He has solid 29 years experience in Semiconductor and Electronics Manufacturing. He was the Manufacturing VP and MD of CYPRESS Semiconductor Manufacturing Ltd Philippines for 8 years. Also, Bong has extensive management stint for 21 years in Texas Instruments managing the operations – includes planning, manufacturing, Engineering & QA.

Jerry Agnes has worked as the President of Amkor Technology Philippines , a leading semiconductor outsourcing assembly and test. He was also the General Manager of Solaria Philippines , a solar panel manufacturing company with the HQ in Fremont CA. With his global manufacturing expertise in semiconductor and solar industries, he founded Crossover Technology Inc . a solar EPC Engg. procurement and construction.

Yoshida has 39 years experience in operating semiconductor manufacturing factory. Yoshida was born in Kyoto, Japan, joined ROHM CO., LTD in 1979. In 2009, he was the President of Rohm Thai Factory. Then, he was transferred to ROHM Philippines as President from 2015 to look after the Philippines operations. Since his retirement from ROHM, he is part of Cantier Advisory board and also helps connecting Japanese companies.
