An Memorandum of Understanding with M/s Cantier Systems, Pte, Ltd, Singapore

SASTRA Deemed University, Thanjavur, Tamilnadu has signed an Memorandum of Understanding with M/s Cantier Systems, Pte, Ltd, Singapore on December 10, 2021 for collaborative research and product development. Prof. R. Chandramouli, Registrar, SASTRA and Mr. Ravi Ramarao, Chief – Strategy & Business Development, Cantier Systems exchanged the MoU.As a part of this MoU, SASTRA-CanitierCentre of Excellence (CoE) has been established in the School of Computing at SASTRA.

The CoE will work on the various aspects of Industrial Internet of Things, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Manufacturing Enterprise Solutions (MES) Systems and their integration, Data Analytics, Augmented Reality/Virtual Reality and Machines & Manufacturing processes. SASTRA & Cantier Systems will also work together in establishing an Experience Centre for Smart & Digital Manufacturing.Mr. Ravisankar Ramakrishnan, Director &CMIO,Mr.Nallaperumal, Chief Software Architect, Cantier Systems along with the Deans and faculty of SASTRA were present.
