His journey includes of Spearheading IoT and blockchain innovations at B DATA APAC and ATS Global to enhance cybersecurity, Championing smart manufacturing and automation standards as a leader within various prestigious committees and federations, Driving industrial transformation across Asia-Pacific with strategic roles at INTECH Process Automation and foundational work at Hitachi Nippon Steel Semiconductor.

Chief Financial Officer

With over 20 years in the Asia-Pacific region, Florian worked 10+ years in private markets advisory. He led a global real estate capital markets team, held a board position at an Asian family office and advised a global venture capital fund, an ASEAN focused private equity fund as well as various SMEs on corporate governance, corporate finance and capital raising. He holds an Executive MBA from INSEAD and Tsinghua University.

Chief Business Officer

An astute professional with a unique blend of experience spanning over 4 decades in IT and Manufacturing Industries and skills acquired in Manufacturing Systems, IT Strategy, Program & Product Management, Marketing & Pre-Sales, Agile Development, and Start-up Incubation. Member- MESA APAC Board. Holds a Bachelor’s degree in Production Engineering & MBA from Madras University, India and Masters in Manufacturing Systems Engineering from Warwick University, UK

Vineet has worked with Global companies like SAP, Reliance Communications, Canon etc and is an Executive MBA from INSEAD.

George A Shaw is a Semiconductor and Solar Industry veteran. He has expansive experience in Operations/Engineering Management in several companies, through 25 years across seven countries throughout Asia. Since leaving his first company, National Semiconductor as the VP of Package Engineering, has held leadership positions at several companies in Operations, Engineering and Quality. He has worked in Large organizations, small companies and start-ups.

One of the pioneers in field of Industrial Automation, he has been instrumental in introducing Automation in Manufacturing in India since early 1970’s. Played a pioneering role in bringing to India international Automation companies like  CGEE Alsthom of France, Allen Bradley of USA (now Rockwell Automation), Stromberg of Finland (now part of ABB), Exide Electronics of USA and Control Techniques Emerson Industrial Automation (now Nidec Control Techniques). He has considerable experience in implementing  the transition of Industrial Automation from Analog to Digital Technology.

Thirty years experience in operations, engineering and marketing for the semiconductor services, capital equipment, and alternative energy (PV) markets. Twenty years living in Asia as a GM and Business Development Entrepreneur managing sites in the Philippines and Malaysia for semiconductor operations, photovoltaic alternative energy applications, and other specialized businesses.

He has approximately 40 years of working experience, majority of which is in the semiconductor and electronics industry. He had exposure in the various fields of OSAT (offshore assembly and test) namely, sales, marketing, customer service, manufacturing, planning and engineering. His Leadership roles in Sales, Marketing and Customer Service provided an opportunity to create a wide network of contacts in the semiconductor and electronics industry, locally and globally.
